1. Elite Youth of Uganda is youth oriented. Our programming facilitates participation and
engagement that is about the youth, for the youth and with the youth.
2. We value equity and equality in every way we know how. From our internal policies to
program implantation, we ensure equal opportunity irrespective of one’s creed, ethos or
social background.
3. We are gender responsive. Elite Youth of Uganda has zero tolerance for gender-based
discriminations.
